Laser cutting is a core service of Environ’s General Fabrications offering.

Our laser cutting machine cuts to your exact specifications with minimal intervention once set up has been completed.

You can supply DXF/DWG files, or we can produce drawings in AutoCAD or SolidWorks to drive the process.

  • No expensive tooling required
  • Can cut through a variety of metals including sheet steel, copper, aluminium
  • Ideal for one off prototype or batch work
  • Intricate etching and marking are also possible
  • Each component is cut into the most complex shapes with extreme accuracy
  • Speed and edge finish is far superior to many other profile cutting methods
  • No de-burring or finishing required
  • 3 axis cutting available
