Hazardous Waste Treatment

Environ designs and builds modern industrial high-temperature hazardous waste treatment plants for the safe and compliant treatment of all types of hazardous waste, including chemical, medical, clinical, toxic, oxidising and infectious waste.

Our plants generate energy in the form of steam and power.

GENSETS / Combined heat and power (Chp)

Environ has an in-depth working knowledge of Biogas Gensets and CHP (Combined Heat and Power) systems for power generation and base heat load applications.

Environ has specific expertise in biogas applications including landfill and Anaerobic Digestion (AD). We can also offer natural gas CHP for base heat load applications.

Base heat load applications also benefit from this technology such as, but not limited to, hotels and healthcare.

These systems are developed on a bespoke basis following a full analysis of your specific requirements.

Waste Heat Recovery ORC

Environ offers a complete conception-to-commissioning ORC (Organic Rankine Cycle) solution for recovering energy from your waste heat streams converting it to useful power.

The energy within waste steam, hot water or gas can be harnessed by an ORC system to produce power for site use or exported to the grid.

General Fabrications

The Environ state-of-the-art facilities include new machinery which can carry out the following;

laser cutting up to 20mm
guillotining
folding all types of sheet metal including mild steel, stainless steel and aluminum

Environ has a talented and highly experienced team of qualified welder / fabricators.

Structural Steel – our new bespoke CNC saw drill line cuts and drills to your exact specification. We also fabricate Access Platforms and Stairs.

Biogas Manifolds – we fabricate stainless steel biogas manifolds to your individual requirements and configurations.

Pipework Manifold Skid – medium temperature hot water plate heat exchange skid.

Dryers – The Environ Drying Oven has been developed as a robust, flexible and multifunctional machine capable of drying a wide range of materials.
