Environ was formed in 2007; we have a very broad range of skills and experience, we have worked with many companies, across several specialist sectors and across several countries.

The company ethos is developing and delivering innovative concepts from the enquiry stage, working through a full turnkey offer and professionally delivering the full project on a Principle Contractor basis.

Hazardous Waste Sector
Environ has expertise in the design, manufacture, installation and commissioning of high temperature hazardous waste treatment plants. Our safe, robust, compliant and reliable rotary kiln technology meets all relevant emissions standards and the energy generated can be used for site processes or exported.

The rotary kiln technology is suitable for all types of hazardous, chemical, toxic, medical, clinical and infectious waste streams and can accommodate solid, liquid gaseous and sludge feedstocks.

Gensets / CHP – Combined Heat and Power
Environ has hands-on experience in renewable power generation from biogas and we package bespoke gensets at our workshops for a variety of applications including landfill gas and anaerobic digestors. 
Each genset is tailored specifically to the power generation requirements of the client following a full and comprehensive feasibility study

Our packaged CHP units can also be used for base heat load and power applications such as hotel and commercial applications.

ORC Heat Recovery – Organic Rankine Cycle

Environ offers a complete, conception-to-commissioning ORC solution for recovering energy from your waste heat streams.

At Environ we work collaboratively with customers to design and deliver tailored turnkey solutions that fit around your current operations without requiring major revisions to your production methods.

General Fabrications

The Environ fabrication facilities include laser cutting up to 20mm, guillotining and folding all types of sheet metal including mild steel, stainless steel and aluminum by our highly experienced and qualified team of welder / fabricators.

Structural Steel – our new bespoke CNC saw drill line cuts and drills to your exact specification.

Biogas Manifolds – we fabricate biogas manifolds to your individual requirements and configurations.

Pipework Manifold Skid – medium temperature hot water plate heat exchange skid.

Dryers – The Environ Drying Oven has been developed as a robust, flexible and multifunctional machine capable of drying a wide range of materials.
